when life kills the dream you dreamed

Some people plaster their face with a smile even if they don't want to. People do this because they don't want to be seen hurting, shattered, and weak.

Believe me; been there, done that! It's the feeling when you wanted to scream and shout it out to the world that life sucks sometimes, or for some people, most of the time.  Human as we are, we wanted to fill that emptiness in.  We wanted the feeling to just simply go away and wished upon a star that that horrible thing didn't happen.

There are so many ways for a person to feel alone, destroyed, and shattered. People leaving you behind because they can't benefit from you anymore. Death of a loved one. Rejection. Bullying. A lost job. Serious Illness.

And we handle all of it differently. Like, crazy differently.

You might think that you can't get through it. Or it's the end of your world.  Life always has its ways to make you feel shattered, and worse, to kill you.  It has always the craziest surprise all of us can ever imagine. But I tell you, you can get through it!

You know, there is one person that brings the best plan for us. Only Jesus. He has enstore the best laid plans not even one of us could ever imagine.  We all go through the season of bearing, weeping, loving, hating, hurting, enjoying, trial and much more.  And no matter what we are going through right now. Right on your desk, or your bed, or your car, while you are reading this, God knows and He knows what He is doing in your life.

I know. I know. It's not easy.

When life killed the dream I dreamed, I must admit, it did pushed me down to the ground that I felt like I was already in my grave.  Yes, that is the worst I have ever gone.  And in the midst of my chaotic, lonely life, fighting my own battle, I saw God standing across me, smiling with open arms.

God won the battle. Because I stopped fighting. Instead, I let God fight my battles.

I began sleeping peacefully at night.  And I always recite Exodus 14:14 before I sleep.

...

God is not just fighting for my battles. He fights for you too! Always remember that!

GOD BLESS YOU!

Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, nor have entered into the heart of man the things which God has prepared for those who love him.
1 Corinthians 2:9
